The botanical and thermal park “Adrien Barthélémy” is a private property belonging to the “Chaîne Thermale du Soleil”. Over the centuries, most of the trees and flowers were planted considering the mild and sedative microclimate of the temperature of peaty undergrounds, warmed by thermal waters. The PINK LOTUS which opens up in this surprising garden starting from the end of June, has arrived in Barbotan during the 19th century, thanks to Mrs BOGUN, a rich Emir from Arab Emirates’ wife, who, during her various trips in Asia, brought lotus’ seeds because Barbotan was a place that she loved. Botanical park of Barbotan with markings and description of more than 40 species, among which some are rare. The visit of the park isn’t made anymore. Facilities & services: Services: Guided tour
