Artisans at heart, we still advocate ours values of Excellence and audacity developing new recipes. With more than 200 experiments every year, distilled to keep a few number of them, which allows us to propose only the best to everyone who appreciate ours authentics products. The Maison Aurian and its team is happy to propose you many kinds of fruit wines, herbs and spices, liquors, brandies and of course Armagnac. The Maison Aurian reveals you two discovery tours at the heart of 100 years old cellars : - The sensory tour "Secrets of the liquor-maker", which will reveal you the elaboration of the House's products (cherry flavoured and Espelette spice wine, violet flower liquor, truffles fortified wine...). - "Still's Secrets", inside the Armagnac ageing cellar, where you will discover our ambered elixir's making process, the oldest brandy of France; but also a small museographical place and an Armagnac still. At the end of the tour, let yourself be tempted by the tasting.
